It was my first time at Top to Toe Beauty and Susan was the best. I had an appointment at 09:00 and happened to arrive an hour early, Susan was kind enough to open for me. She went an extra mile to make sure I'm comfortable while I wait and during the waxing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
