I was very much satisfied with my hair, I did slim medium Knotless, lasted very long and it was very neat. Although, I would like to add that they did not offer any refreshments upon arrival or throughout doing my hair, I arrived 09h00 and left around 17h00 so I spent the whole day there, so if I could suggest, please offer your clients a refreshment, even if we have to pay for it, it would be good customer service. Thank you

Long waiting period, I was booked for 12:30 only to be attended to at 14:00 all for nonsense. My nails were so horrible went to the other salon to change them the next day. Nail tech couldn't get the deco I wanted right and didn't file them well. They also don't have much colors had to settle for what they had. I'm defeated not ever going to come back.
