Wang Nails

Hi. I've been coming to Wang nails for the past 3 years and I have not been disappointed. Today is my husband's birthday and I bought him to Wang nails for a full pedicure and manicure. He left a very satisfied customer. Keep up the good work Wang nails

It was my first time entering wang nails,but fifi the lady that was doing my nails hurt my skin when she was cleaning my nails,not once,but 4x,I told her she was hurting me and even asked if I'm supposed to feel pain since it was my first time doing nails?? There was blood and My nails were painful for two weeks,and the customer service sucks,and talking to a customer that was sitting next to me was better than people who work's there..I'm disappointed,if feels like they look down on some of their client's..

I visited this salon on a Friday in 25 July to get gel nail polish done. When I left, I noticed that the sparkle gel colour had nails had several “blank spots” where there were no sparkles, leaving the gel polish patchy. I returned on Sunday the 27 July to address the issue and showed the receptionist my nails. I was met with silence—no apology, no offer to fix the mistake. Eventually, I was asked if I wanted new nails and ended up paying for a second set of gel nails. Unfortunately, this experience was even worse. The nail technician cut my cuticles again, even after I explained multiple times that they had already been done two days prior. This caused pain and left my cuticles sore. On top of that, both of thumbs were not cured properly, and the gel is lifting and still sticky underneath. Overall, this was a disappointing experience—poor service, lack of accountability, and painful results. Disappointing as I was a loyal customer.
