We called Farah on a Saturday morning for a last-minute nail appointment for my wife and she was very accommodating. The salon is great and service is excellent. The prices are also very competitive.

Had my nails done for my daughter's wedding 10th Aug. After a day noticed it was uneven. Advised Farah and was told to come in to fix. At no time was it mentioned about time frame. I had fallen ill and advised Farah. Said no problem come in when you can to fix. I was off and on sick, Dr advised not to go anywhere and on every occasion I messaged Farah. Today I went in and was told sorry we can help to refill and can only file down two nails! And its more than 5 days. Nothing was mentioned to me via messages. Her staff was not helpful at all and Farah was extremely rude in the presence of her customers! It was my first and last visit to her and will never recommend ANYONE TO HER! Don't treat your customers as if you doing them a favor and throw insults at them. We pay for what we want and its salary in your pocket. Catch a wake up Farah!! You are the face of your business. Disgusting service
