I genuinely don’t have the words to express how thankful I am for Mel and the entire team at this salon. After a terrible experience elsewhere left me with a haircut that crushed my confidence just days before my graduation, I came in feeling hopeless and incredibly anxious. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Mel took the time to really listen to what had happened, looked at the damage with such kindness and professionalism, and reassured me that we could work with it. She was so gentle and compassionate, explaining each step as she went and then absolutely transformed my hair. Not only did she fix the botched cut, but she also gave me a style that made me feel confident, beautiful, and myself again. For the first time in days, I looked in the mirror and smiled. Thanks to Mel, I was able to feel proud and happy in my graduation photos, rather than trying to hide a bad haircut. Mel, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You’re incredibly talented, but more than that, you truly care, and it shows in everything you do. I’ll never forget how you helped me when I needed it most. You’ve earned a lifelong client.

I absolutely love Hairvolution. They did my hair so nicely for my graduation last year (yes I've booked them again this year) and I had an amazing cut and blow today! Bianca is incredibly talented and cuts really well. Their operator Nelly also makes sure you have a great wash with gentle massage. Would definitely recommend 😁
