I've been with Elmarie since I was 4 years old (now 27) and wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. I've had some horrible ideas and phases over the years, and her response has always been "Do it somewhere else, and I will help you fix it." Needless to say, I never went through with any of them because no one else is touching my hair.
