I tried all the beauticians at this place and can assure that Adele is by far the best I've been to. I always get compliments whenever she does my brows. Absolutely love this place and thank you employing people that actually are great at what they do.

To the business owner and relevant stakeholders, do yourself a favor and educate your receptionist on doing a receptionists job. She constantly tried to make excuses and reason as to why I would get a barbers rash after having a cut at your place. That is not her job and she has no soft skills whatsoever she pissed me off so much that I did swear her in the end and she deserved it. Absolutely no education on customer service or how to deal with a customer and she decides to embark on the journey of trying to reason with me with excuses! Wont be back here again, left a bad taste in my mouth and skin!

Worst experience. I made an appointment to have a Brazilian done. The hairdresser washed my hair and sent me to take a seat. As l waited l noticed that there was some sort of confusion going on. They were running frantically. After 15 mins the hairdresser returned only tell me that she did have enough products to continue with my treatment. I need to return at a later date. I made my appointment 4 days before, I was furious. I was forced to have a haircut and pay for it. This is the most pathetic service I have ever received from any salon.These people have no pride in what they do. They obviously had no respect for me as a customer. I am utterly and totally disgusted. Their treatment is not cheap and l dont complain to pay either. I suggest that these people go and get training with regard to customer service.
