Had a great experiencewhen I first went in September... Booked an appointment for 10 am Last Friday for my nails... When I got there 3 minutes before my appointmentthey were closed without any prior explanation

I recently took my baby for a hair cut for the first time to this salon, the experience was horrible mainly because of the lack of provision for proper / good quality tools of trade. The hair clipper that was used was old and not properly functioning. The lady who was serving us tried to change/ get a different clipper, which turned out to be worse than then first one because it ended hurting / badly cutting my child. This horrific experience made me to decide that I'll never ever go back to this salon. The owner must do better and buy good quality hair clippers. Oh and the price was ridiculously high for such a bad service.

Absolutely bad service. My daughter’s hair was pulled Waay too tightly, she couldn’t even bend/turn her head. I tried raising this concern to the lady who did her hair, she could clearly see the displeasure/distress in my daughter’s face but chose to ignore it and was rather interested in me paying. I am sorry to say, I will not be going back, I had to undo my her hair as soon as we got home. Next time please try to be more sensitive to kids and listen when we want/need to address something.
