Solé has been a delight! Kaitlyn and team happily mixed a vibrant red to bring back my highlights in 2023. I trusted them with a butch cut, followed by a fringe bob, followed by new purple highlights in 2024. So much successful experimentation, through which they have been so warm and welcoming. The wonderful head massage, overall professionalism, and real value for time kept me returning. Power and love to you!

My experience at Solé was far from ideal. Despite booking two appointments simultaneously, I waited an entire hour to be seen—with no additional stylist provided to accommodate the delay. This caused me to push back other commitments, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, I left the salon with a haircut I was dissatisfied with. After arriving with high hopes, I regretted my visit. If you’re considering this salon, be prepared for potential delays and mismanaged expectations. The only positive was the friendly stylist who washed my hair —she was attentive and did a great job relieving my scalp itchiness. Unfortunately, that small bright spot couldn’t make up for the overall letdown.

#update - it is said a lady's hairdresser is also her psychologist 😂. I unfortunately did not get the psychologist as my discussions, although terribly distorted came back to me, and I must therefore adjust my review to "be careful of what you say or don't say". Kaitlin is an assett. The staff are wonderful. They're therapists, listeners, empathic, comforting, loving, thorough. With hair I was sitting on and unable to actually manage, I trusted only Kait. For fun and because I didn't believe I'd do it, we videoed "the chop". I'm delighted with above waist length hair that still serves as a nest for my birds
