The hair it's quality and I loved the service

Bought a beautiful 5by5 straight hair and it wasn't properly fitting ,when I went back asking them to fix it they wanted me to pay extra R600 ,I don't think that's fair when I bought a R2200 hair

Bought a curly special 18inch weave for 1600rands and paid 100rand courier fees only to receive a 12inch curly weave. Was told that it was not sprayed as it was for delivery and not collected, I don't understand how that had anything to do with the inches ordered.
