Hair stylists was not eager to assist us. Price list at counter and one stylist was not sure how to read the pricelist. Felt like new clients are not welcome in this salon. I will definitely not visit this salon again. No scholar prices either. What a shame. In this economy one would think that customer care is important.

I went for a hair treatment and a haircut. Multiple people worked on my hair which I was not satisfied with. The one girl stopped drying my hair and started another client without informing me of what was going on and I just sat there for 30 minutes, no one communicated anything to me I just sat and waited for someone to continue my treatment. I felt it was utterly unprofessional of them not to communicate to me what was going on. There was no apology for having me wait for someone to complete my treatment . Also I don’t think the treatment was done correctly, the way I have always done it. She washed my treatment off after applying it which I have never had done previously. I’m not sure if it’s lack of expertise or just that she didn’t know how to do the treatment. Poor communication. Poor customer service. The mug of coffee I received was dirty and cold. Would not recommend. I feel that they favor a certain race of customers Over others. Will never use their inadequate services again. Also extremely overpriced for the poor service rendered compared to my previous experiences at other hair salons for exactly the same treatment. I was happy with the outcome of my hair. The haircut was nice as the treatment too. However it took almost 4 hours. I have had the same treatment before and it has NEVER taken this long before. Will never go back again.
