Elegant Head Lover's Salon

Their hair is soft and of great quality. They have 3 salons in one street. One for wig purchasing and installation, the other for braids and nails and the last one is for face beats. The salon gets really full and one might have to wait long to be attended to. But overall, I had a great experience.

The salon is really stylish and convenient When you walk in, you can buy the fibre or hair extensions that you need at the desk before you go down to the salon where they have beautifully decorated sinks and decked out chairs to accommodate many clients at once. I was helped by Dudu who was really friendly and very quick, he talked me through the process. The only issue is that they don't cater for all hair types so it was difficult to find someone who could manage my really thin hair. But I was very happy with the end result. Would 100% recommend.

Elegant Head Lovers Salon: Mixed Experience My visit to Elegant Head Lovers Salon was an interesting experience, to say the least. I had booked an 8:00 AM appointment the day before for French curl braids, but when I arrived, there were no hairdressers present. I ended up waiting an hour before someone arrived to do my hair. That being said, the stylist did an amazing job! My braids came out beautifully, and I was really happy with the final look. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The reception was unorganised—no one guided me on where to go—and there was little effort to care for my natural hair. No heat protectant, oils, or treatments were used, so be mindful of that if you go. Overall, while the final result was great, the lack of professionalism and hair care services made the experience less enjoyable. I paid R900 for the French curls. Rating: 3/5 🪮
