Worst hair cut I’ve ever experienced. When giving feedback, the staff blamed me for being nervous & in a rush - that’s why the cut was a disaster! He agreed the haircut looks bad that it’s my fault that it’s bad. Not only chopped off healthy hair but then instead of handling it differently they blame the client for a bad hairstyle experience.
