I can’t recommend Hair by Sands highly enough! I came to Hair by Sands after a disappointing experience elsewhere, where my highlights had turned out brassy and uneven. I came to Kat for a colour correction, and from the very first consult, I knew I was in good hands. She took so much care to understand exactly what I didn’t like and what would work better for my hair type and personality. The entire experience was professional, thoughtful, and friendly, I felt so comfortable throughout. Kat worked her magic and completely transformed my colour with gorgeous, soft highlights, and amazingly, my hair is still in great condition. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable, especially considering the level of skill and care that went into my colour correction. A wonderful salon with a talented and kind team. I’m so happy with my hair and will definitely be a regular client going forward!

Kat is an amazing hair stylist. She is the only person who can cut and colour my hair properly. I have a serious neck condition and she has always made me feel comfortable and made my hair look amazing. The salon is clean and presentable and has a good vibe about it. Sandra ( The owner) is friendly and welcoming.

I have been going to Kat for 12 years, she is the best hairdresser I have ever had. I have very thin, fine hair and she is always able to cut my hair to look and feel a bit thicker. She understands my hair, and has a passion for what she does. She cares about her clients and takes a personal investment in them. Where ever she is based, I will follow her. She is now based at this wonderful salon! Sandra is just as great as her! Genuine and kind hearted.
