From the moment I stepped in, I felt completely at ease. Their professionalism and care made me feel like I was in the best hands, which is something rare to find these days. The salon itself is stunning, and I have to give extra praise for their amazing basin chairs—finally, no more neck pain after a wash! I highly recommend Hair Studio as a Salon. Lulu was my stylist and she was friendly, efficient and professional. She guided me through the process and continuously communicated what she was doing and why. What I particularly love about the salon is that there is a healthy team dynamic, where more than 1 stylist gives input into your desired result. I also loved the fact that they were upfront about the costs involved and committed to staying in that budget. Great work. I will be back!
